Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dealtic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dealtic.

2. The Service

Dealtic is a deals and savings platform that delivers curated, time-limited discounts and promotional offers to its members. The Service is provided on an "as-available" basis and is free to join. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract to use Dealtic. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

4. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from Dealtic, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at the mobile phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. By providing your phone number, you confirm that the number is yours and that you are authorized to receive messages at it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any deal or content obtained through the Service without authorization.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect information from the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

7. Third-Party Merchants

Deals on Dealtic are offered by independent third-party merchants. Dealtic does not sell goods or services directly and is not responsible for the goods, services, redemption, fulfillment, or quality of any deal offered by a merchant. Your purchase or redemption of any deal is a transaction between you and the merchant.

8. Deal Availability and Time Limits

Deals are time-limited and subject to availability. Posted prices, discount amounts, and expiry windows are determined by the merchant and may change without notice. Once a deal window closes, the offer is no longer redeemable.

9. Intellectual Property

The Dealtic name, logo, website, content, and software are owned by Dealtic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DEAL, CONTENT, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealtic and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revisions. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
